When the systems work, you are free to create. My goal is to give you back the headspace and time you need to focus on your students, your creativity and your strategic growth.
Ways to work with me
Systems Audit and Roadmap
Designed for business owners who feel stuck but don’t know where to start. We spend 60 - 90 minutes deep-diving into your current setup. I identify your bottlenecks, review your setup and provide a clear action plan.
From £100 including strategy call and written follow up
Design and Build Project
Designed for solving a specific project. Need a student onboarding system? An email nurture sequence? I quote a fixed price to design, build and implement the system for you.
Projects start from £300 (bespoke quotes provided)
Essential Business Support (Retainer)
Designed for ongoing operational management. Retainers ensure that I can provide priority monthly support to manage your projects, oversee your operations and ensure your systems keep running smoothly.
Packages start from £350 per month (10 hours minimum)
I also offer ad hoc hours from £40/ hour, subject to availability
